We're going to the DC United game today
For the final game we'll see before the Cup. We're meeting Ted & Dana, Jim & Danielle, Rob & Erin, and maybe a few assorted others at Cafe Berlin in DC to give some folks who've never been there a feel for what German food is like.
DC plays against the New England Revolution, with a kickoff scheduled for 7:30. So far the team has only lost one game and they're in first place in the MLS Eastern conference. They would be in first place if MLS had a single table. +13 goal differential which really is phenominal. Of course, scoring 4 against New York and 5 against Columbus helps in that department.
I'll be on the field shooting this one for Andy's site. He's heading out to Germany early tomorrow morning. Lucky man.
There was a great article about the US team in the Washington Post today.
